Unfortunately the rental business attracts a certain number of black sheep who try to exploit our services. Other companies offering similar services have had serious problems with people renting out fictitious properties on their WebPages, and even partially paying for them.
To ensure the highest possible security for both the holiday guest and the property owners VacationRentalsInCroatia offers the following verification procedure:
- Contact details and mobile phone number – manual verification of mobile number
- Fixed line registered at the vacation house – manual verification of fixed number
- Copy of the Official categorization document issued by the tourist board
Owners who fulfil all 3 verification procedures will receive a small icon on their unit, saying- verified.
We recommend all holiday guests check out our payment recommendation before paying for any accommodation. Please note that owners do NOT have to comply with them, but we do encourage them to do so. |
